Indibet website is not intended for use by minors under 18 years old. The Operator has no technical possibility to establish the exact age of the User in the absence of data directly indicating it. If you, the parent or the legal representative of such a person discover that he/she has registered on Indibet, transmitted his/her personal data, or has not given his/her consent to process his/her data, you should immediately contact the Operator with a request to delete the data and/or the account of the underage person.

General Provisions

  1. The terms and definitions used in this Agreement shall apply to the text of the Policy.
  1. Registration on the Site and further use of the Site under their account means User’s unconditional agreement with the Policy and the terms of processing of their personal data specified therein. If the User does not agree to these terms, he/she shall stop using the Indibet. 
  1. Communication with the Operator on any issues of personal data processing within the framework of the Policy is carried out by email.
  1. The personal data is the information uploaded by the User on the Site in the process of registration, account management, using the Site which allows directly or indirectly identifying the User as a physical person.
  1. The User uploading their personal data to the Website, logging in on the Website gives their unconditional consent to the processing of all the personal data, which becomes known as a result of the usage of the Website, regardless of the fact whether such data was requested by the Operator or communicated on the initiative of the User.
  1. For any appeals to the Operator about the fact of personal data processing the User should use the e-mail address specified during the registration and in case of its loss immediately inform the Operator by any available means.
  1. The Operator has the right to take any available actions in order to confirm the data indicated by the User on the Website and/or in the process of its usage. In case the personal data and/or information left by the User proves to be unreliable for some reasons, the Operator has the right but not the obligation to disregard it and/or delete it immediately.
  1. Any personal data uploaded by the User is perceived by the Operator “as is” and is not subject to mandatory prior verification for reliability. The burden of responsibility for the accuracy of the provided personal data is borne personally by the User.
  1. When disclosing or providing the personal data to the third parties the Operator observes the requirements of lawfulness and confidentiality.
  1. Processing of personal data in accordance with the Policy may include such actions (operations) as collection, receipt, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
  1. Processing of personal data shall be carried out by any lawful means, including in the Operator’s personal data information systems, both with and without the use of automation means. 
  1. The User undertakes to use only his personal data. In case third parties have claims against the Operator regarding illegal use of personal data which does not belong to the User, the User undertakes to settle such claims independently and at their own expense, as well as to compensate all costs and losses incurred by the Operator due to violation of this paragraph by the User.

Data protection policy

  1. The operator takes technical, organizational and legal measures to protect the User’s personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions.
  1. Access to the Indibet is via a secure (encrypted) HTTPS protocol. The Site’s software provides prevention of unauthorized access to information and (or) its transfer to persons who do not have the right to access the information.
  1. The password from the User’s account is stored in hashed form.
  1. Also, in order to ensure the security of personal data, the Operator takes the following measures:
  1. Determining threats to the security of personal data while processing it on the Site.
  1. Apply all available to the Operator organizational and technical measures to ensure security of personal data during their processing on the Site.
  1. Persons responsible for the processing of the User’s personal data are appointed from among the Operator’s employees.
  1. Information protection means, which have passed the conformity assessment procedure in accordance with the established procedure, are used.
  1. The effectiveness of measures taken to ensure the security of personal data is assessed.
  1. Procedures shall be adopted to detect unauthorized access to personal data.
  1. Personal data modified or destroyed as a result of unauthorized access shall be restored.
  1. The rules of access to personal data processed by the Operator are established, and registration and accounting of all actions performed with personal data on the Website is ensured.
  1. Only certified licensed software is used on the Operator’s workstations involved in the processing of personal data.
  1. Access to the Operator’s workstations involved in the processing of personal data shall be restricted at the technical and organizational level.
  1. Constant control over measures taken to ensure security of personal data.
  1. The Operator doesn’t bear responsibility for actions of third parties who got access to the User’s personal data as a result of unauthorized access to the Indibet and/or the Operator’s software, as well as due to other illegal actions, committed by third parties, when the Operator couldn’t foresee them or prevent them.
